This is facilities for employing mainly handicapped people, managed multi-functionally. Job offer is mostly from companies, public organization and enterprises. The CEO is managing Group Company related with construction manufacturing wet concrete in Setonaikai-sea, Awajishima-island. He examined to enter a different type of business as anticipating recent construction depression for few years. Inspecting various agricultural businesses, he thought hydroponic and so on are unprofitable because of it costs big amount of capital investment. In this situation, he was finally convinced that "This is good!" when inspecting company M that manages a mushroom cultivation as a business in Iwate-prefecture. He started to work on project of mushroom bed Shiitake cultivation towards full-fledged industry. His plan was to start with our culture ridge plan and about 330.6㎡ × 3 buildings growing room as the minimum scale for management scale of the company.
He remodeled idle facilities and under guidance and supports from Assist Japan, started with satisfactory as continuous production from producing culture medium.
Cost down is possible to produce continually medium culturing. To avoid time loss and mistakes, automatic weighing system was adopted. These kind of feature in our system allows to lower the cost, also allows maintaining the quality of mushrooms. Currently, the CEO is reconsidering of the process of the production to decrease managing wage and to increase yield. In the future, he is planning to expand the business by rationalizing: looking for the way to increase the gain, contributing to society with A type business support for continuous employment.
Myôga-mura(Colony) is in Higashioumi-city of Shiga-prefecture, where handicapped people with normal, healthy handicapped people with a normal, healthy body lives self-sufficiency and peacful pleasure each other.
