Since I was born and raised in such environment, first, i studied fungi in mushrooms department of Hokkaido Forest Product Research Institute and assisted my family business for three years. Then, I established my own company based on my Shiitake cultivation technique. It began with selling mycelium of Shiitake mushroom first, and then, all-weather cultivation system was succeed and sold to all over Japan.

  Wall thick pipe house diameter 48.6mm that we developed was recognized by addition to mushroom industries, livestock farming, gardening and oher category of businesses. "Shinmei Livestock" which is the largest livestock industry in Japan, introdused our low cost livestock facilities in 2002. After that, for over 20 years, we have been going good piling results and we built extension every year. In recent years, we have been developing mushroom farming taking in welfare all over Japan and contribute the with disabilities employment.

   Recently, aged people who are using the idle land for mushroom cultivation are increasing in Japan. And we abroad in China and Southeast Asia the “boom of mushroom" have started. In March 2013 company designed and constructed our mushroom technology in the hall of Exhibition Garden of the most advanced Agricultural Technology in China. In April 2013, Republic of Kosovo in Europe, we created with our European colleagues biggest joint venture of the cultivation of mushrooms in Europe, which will sell the products in European area.

   In 2014 as new elaboration, first time in Japan we realized greenhouse with the layered racks and combined with natural sunlight and fluorescent lamps, lighting, which reduce the consumption of electricity for lighting for about 60%

  We  proud  of our technique in mushroom as one of the top in the world.  Reducing the running cost  explains  how effective our cultivation system is.  We will continue improving productivity of the agriculture and  the  livestock industry of domestic and international agriculture in the future.
