Introduction samples of
mushroom plant & Eryngii system
Assist Japan have been drafting and planning the large scale facilities of mushroom cultivation. We introduce one of our customer("Kinoko House" Co., Ltd)`s Eryngii system as sample.
70% of employees of this "Kinoko house" are handicapped people.(A type supported employment)
We design and constructed of this "Kinoko House"`s Eryngii plant in 2004.
The system of air clean lines for inoculation room and cooling chamber is the top level of class 100 in Japan.
The highest level of producing system have installed HP filter(199.99) for producing room.
●Mixer
Agitate row materials(sawdust, corn, cob, rice bran, wheat bran, oyster sell and etc) with added water
●Packing
Fill up the row materials into a bottle to make
mushroom bed
●High pressure sterilization
Sterilize the row materials with high pressure and tempreture, make asepsis mushroom bed and cool inside of culture medium down untill 20°С
●Cultivation
Cultivate the fungus as propagate inoculum in the mushroom bed.
●Remove fungus
remove the propagated inoculum(top part of the bottle) in the mushroom bed. From the bottle mouth 1.5-2cm.
●Sprout - Cultivation
Sprout the propagated inoculum in the mushroom bed and cultivate the sprouted Eryngii bigger.
●Harvest・Cultivation
Harvest the cultivated Eryngii one by one, pack and ship it.

Currently, producing around 1.5 tons of Eryngii every day.

"Shinmei" livestock company
We design and construct the livestock barn of the top japanese livestock company - "Shinmei" Co., Ltd. As in the past, the major genral contractor had been constructing, but our own techniques and methods succeded about 50% cost down.
Good efficient, quick growth made ing 15-20% of feed down since in the past. This piggery can breed one pig per 1м² so it is very efficient and by automatic facilities made wages cheap and enough profitable in China and in other countries.
