Livestock plant
We planned big cost down and rational construction of good thermal insulation by own method of construction for our livestock facilities. But we succeeded 40 to 50 % cost down from usual steel frame type. In addition, we have results that 15 to 20 % cost down in comparison with usual feed cost due to good inside environment (the largest company in Japan “Shinmei livestock”). And by good inside environment makes decrease the number of illnesses and makes delicious meats and it became bland pig.
① Structure, frame and film
Pipe structure of 48.6φ hot dip galvanizing is as strong as steel frame.Driving piles style and no foundation of thermal insulation type is popular. Slope of gable roof, no accumulation of snow and strong for typhoons have results of long time as for around 40 years. Free design and enable to be maximum 19m of width.
There is separated with 1 and 2 steps of side hoist for ventilation and free control of wind volume. Designed for depends on the size of ventilation fan. Installed ventilation fan between 2 layers of films. Features of keeping temperature balance by wind flow makes good retaining warmth and thermal insulation efficiency. Cool in summer, close the side and good close nature makes good growth in winter.

At the bottom of pigsty, discharge passage of excreta is installed, excreta is into the passage from the net hole on the ground. Feces are sending to storage tank and it ferments organic fertilizer at the organic fertilizer processing plant. Urine liquid is automatically send to stage pond of urine liquid, after that, a part of it uses as organic fertilizer with forces..
Composting construction (compost processing)
Ferment excreta by machines of automatic mixer etc. of composting building and it became organic fertilizer.
